Upon receipt of your unit(s) please inspect and count all boxes; note any damage, missing boxes or discrepancies on your bill of lading prior to signing for your merchandise.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unit(s) within 30 days of receipt. To receive a return authorization, please email us [link to contact page] with your name, contact information and original order number. The unit(s) must be shipped back "Freight Prepaid" to our California location and arrive in like new condition in their original cartons. All shipping arrangements are the sole responsibility of the consumer. Refunds will be made after inspection of the unit(s), however shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are responsible for any and all freight/handling charges incurred by your cancellation. Powertec automatically charges a 20% restocking fee on any returns or 100% of the purchase price if inspection is determined to be unsatisfactory due to missing component parts or poor repackaging causing damage to the unit.
All Powertec machines are covered under the following warranty to the original purchaser:
• Lifetime warranty on the frame (excludes surface finish).
• Two years on component parts* (bearings, spring pins).
• One year on pads, grips and unspecified parts.
• Shipping charges may not be covered under the warranty.
• Warranties may be voided by abusive use or alterations made to the unit. To obtain warranty service, it may be necessary to return damaged parts to Powertec.
• Replacement parts may vary in color.
• Any missing parts must be reported within 30 days of receipt of unit(s).

Refused or undeliverable shipments will automatically be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and customer will be responsible for all freight charges.
A 10% cancellation fee will apply to orders cancelled before shipment.
