Build your Workbench:
You can customize your Workbench Power Rack to include the optional Utility Bench (WB-UB11) and the Lat Tower Option (WB-LTO11), high/low cable system providing numerous cable driven exercises. An optional connector for the Utility Bench, WB-UB11-CN, as shown above, is also available for purchase.

Free Body stations:
The Power Rack comes standard with both Chin up and Dip bars at no additional cost.

Training with Safety:
Innovative gravity lock catches are included that provide an easy access in and out catch lock which ensures safety at all times. The power rack also has a number system for quick adjustments.

Build your Workbench accessories:
An access tube and knob lock pin have been incorporated into the optional Utility Bench allowing the new “Workbench Machine Accessories” to be added to your Power Rack System.

Have this Cage with Lat Pull Option since 2004; still a great Cage to workout with. This version seems to be slightly improved compared to mine, the spotter bars are more massive. Would buy this again right away!

Heavy construction, feels sturdy. After using it for about 6 months, I can't imagine working out without it. The modular dip bars and pullup bars are a great perk.
