Q: Is the handling fee charged per item or per order?
A: The handling fee is charged per order; fees are as follows:
Up to $199 = $20 Handling Fee
$200-$600 = $36
$601-$2000 = $43
Over $2000 = $75

Q: Do you have coupon codes or discounts available?
A: We currently offer free shipping within the continental US, no further discounts are available. However, we sometimes have promotions that we announce via our website and/or Facebook, Twitter and various social media outlets.

Q: I purchased your product from an online store which wasn't www.powertecfitness.com, can you tell me the status?
A: No, we can not give out information on orders purchased through our dealers due to our vendor agreements.

Q: Does the Leg Lift (WB-LLA11) come standard with the WB-LS11?
A: No, the WB-LLA11 does not come standard with the Workbench LeverGym (WB-LS11).

Q: Will I get my order faster if I order over the phone instead of online?
A: No, your order is processed within the same time frame whether placed over the phone or via email.

Q: Will my shipment information be emailed to me?
A: For UPS order, yes we can if you provide us with your e-mail address. For others, please check back with us via email, sales@powertecfitness.com, within 5-7 business days for your order tracking information.

Q: How many days does it take to get my order?
A: Order processing takes 3-4 business days, depending on where you are located, the delivery can take up to two weeks.

Q: Can you custom paint order?
A: No, our items come in standard colors listed at www.powertecfitness.com. Workbench series are available in construction yellow or jet black.

Q: I live close to your warehouse, can I pick up my order?
A: Yes, you can pick up your order, but a pick up appointment needs to be arranged with our warehouse personnel. If a rush order and pick up is required, additional $50.00 fee applies.

Q: Can I get a deal if I order a lot of equipment?
A: We currently offer free shipping within the continental US, no further discounts are available.

Q: Do you ship to other countries?
A: No, we do not ship to other countries. We have international dealers that can help you.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?
A: Yes, but freight charges apply.

Q: Do you offer financing?
A: No, financing is not available through Powertec. Please check with your local dealer.

Q: Does the utility bench decline?
A: Yes the WB-UB11 does offer the decline position, as well as incline and flat. Also, all other bench that came attached to a Powertec machine.

Q: Can I pay extra to have my delivery order rushed?
A: No, we do not offer rushed or guarantee delivery, but you can rush processing for $50.00.

Q: Do you price match?
A: No, we do not match the pricing online or in store.

Q: Do you accept purchase orders (Schools and Government)?
A: We do accept purchase order, payment terms are deteremined after review.

Q: Can I receive a delivery on the weekend?
A: No, UPS and common carrier deliveries take place Monday - Friday.

However, please check back with us via email sales@powertecfitness.com within 5-7 business days for your order tracking information.

Q: Do you offer Assembly?
A: No, we do not offer assembly.

Q: Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?
A: No we do not ship outside of the continental United States.

Q: Can I purchase the WB-LS11 without the bench? I already own a bench.
A: No, the bench is boxed and included with the unit.

Q: Can I retro fit the accessories to my old WB-MS unit?
A: We have an accessory adaptor model WB-MS10-AA available for $125.00 plus handling and tax if applicable which is recommended for WB-MS's 2008 and newer.

However, WB-MS10 model does not need the adaptor.

Q: What size weight plates can I use?
A: Only Olympic plates will fit on Powertec equipment, this can not be modified.

Q: What type of delivery options do you offer?
A: 1. UPS delivery for smaller items, packages are delivered to the door.
    2. Common Carrier delivery is used for most larger items. Deliveries require an appointment and someone must be home to remove boxes from the back of the truck and inspect for any damage prior to signing for delivery.

Q: Can the driver bring my freight inside?
A: No, for liability reasons, the freight carrier can not bring your product inside.

Q: Can I sign up to receive emails for sales and promotions?
A: We currently are planning to roll-out email promotions and newsletter in the near future. In addition, we have promotions that we announce via our website and/or Facebook, Twitter and various social media outlets.

Q: How can I keep my machine up and running?
A: You can spray lubricant on Bearings and check your nuts and bolts to make sure they are tight.

Q: How big should my room be to accommodate the WB-MS or WB-LS?
A: WB-MS should be placed in a room at least 10' x 10' and the WB-LS 10' x 8'. You may also check out our room planner at our website www.powertecfitness.com.

Q: Why is there a difference in dimensions for the WB-MS and WB-LS on the spec page to the room planner?
A: The room planner allows for space needed while using the workbench.

Q: WB-LPA11 increases the resistsance of the weight that is actually loaded on the device. How much of an increase is that?
A: Resistance ranges from 25% to 20% from the starting to the finish position of the exercise.

Q: What is the difference between the P-LTO and WB-LTO11?
A: The P-LTO will fit only on models P-PR and P-RS.

The WB-LTO11 will fit only on model WB-PR11 and WB-HR11, but will not fit on older model WB-BRS units.

Q: I purchased the wrong lat tower for my Powertec equipment, can I order parts to make it fit?
A: No, you can not modify either pieces of equipment to fit.

Q: Do you have an online catalog for parts or manuals?
A: No, we do not have a catalog online for parts or manual. We can send you manuals by email where parts can be identified.

Q: If I pick up at your warehouse, can you waive the handling fee?
A: No, the handling fee is applicable to all orders.

Q: What is the handling fee for?
A: Processing and handling of order.

Q: Can I cancel an order without penalty?
A: No, orders canceled are subject to a 10% cancellation fee if cancelled prior to shipment.

Refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus all freight charges incurred.

Returned shipments will be charged a minimum 20% restocking fee plus all freight charges incurred. If freight is not received in good order, up to 100% restocking fee may apply.

Q: Do you have a video or chart of exercises with instructions which be preformed on your equipment?
A: No, we do not. We do have a wall chart which is included in the packaging of your WB-MS11 and WB-LS11 which shows some direction for the machine.

Q: Will the current accessories fit on your older machines?
A: As long as there is a vertical tube which already accepts accessories, all current and past accessories will fit.

Q: Is your equipment made of High-Carbon steel?
A: Most of our machines are made from hot rolled steel. The hot rolled steels is low-carbon steel.

Q: Can the bench which detaches from the WB-LS11 Levergym be used and attached to the WB-PR11?
A: Yes, the bench can attach to the Power Rack as well, but only when the Lat Tower option is not installed.

Q: Can you attach the Utility bench to the Power Rack when you have have the Lat Tower installed?
A: No, you can not attach the bench while the Lat Tower is installed.

Q: How far apart are the holes on the Power Rack?
A: 1 1/2 inches apart.

Q: Does the arm curl come standard with the Multi System?
A: No, all accessories are sold separately.

Q: I purchased my Powertec equipment through a dealer. Can I return to you?
A: No, you need to contact the dealer for their return polices.

Q: How many holes are on the Power Rack?
A: 22 holes are on the Power Rack.
